1. The principle of countercurrent cooling is utilized to cool particles that are hot and humid, avoiding the sudden cooling phenomenon caused by direct contact between cold air and hot materials, thus preventing cracking on the surface of the particles;
2. A wind-sealed feeder is adopted to prevent air leakage at the feeding port; an adjustable conical bulk material dispersing mechanism is installed internally to ensure uniform material distribution;
3. The new octagonal cooling silo ensures that the material is evenly exposed to airflow, resulting in better cooling effect. 4. The temperature of the finished product after cooling should not be higher than room temperature plus 3℃~5℃.
